With a minimum stay requirement of only 30 days, there are many reasons people stay at Valley View for temporary furnished housing. We have had clients who were building homes and needed a place to live through completion, home disasters such as fire or flood, extended medical need (we are located within minutes of all major hospitals in Greater Cincinnati), separation, divorce, or somewhere in the real estate buy/sell process.

Whatever the reason, Valley View makes temporary furnished housing feel like home. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath units have 1,100 square feet of living space and are smartly appointed with the amenities found in many custom-built homes, amenities such as full size appliances, WE OWN OUR FURNITURE (no rental furniture for our guests!) Flat screen televisions, cable, wifi and more.
